1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once any of the following is received:

• Written acceptance of a quote or invoice

• Issuance of a Purchase Order (PO)

• Email, message, or verbal confirmation stating acceptance

• Proof of payment (if required upfront)

Upon confirmation, we reserve personnel, gear, production days, and schedule time — which may result in declining other opportunities.

Please ensure you review and understand this policy before confirming a booking. By confirming, you agree to the terms outlined here.

2. Payment Terms

• Live-stream and high-demand productions: Full upfront payment is required to secure the booking.

• General photography, videography, or multimedia services: 50% deposit may be required, with the balance due upon delivery or as outlined in your quote/invoice.

• No deliverables will be released until payment is received in full.

All payment terms will be clearly specified in your invoice or quote.

3. Scope-Based Pricing & Changes

Discounted pricing is based on the scope agreed at booking. If you reduce or change services (e.g. cancel a second videographer, drone shoot, or change from full-day to half-day), revised pricing may apply and cancellation fees may be charged for the removed portion.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel all or part of your booking after it has been confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply:

These fees cover time already spent on planning, reserving equipment and personnel, and potential loss of income from other bookings.

Cancellation applies to all services booked under duPlooyMedia, including:

• Photography (real estate, commercial, construction, event, etc.)

• Videography (marketing, promotional, events, real estate, etc.)

• Drone operations

• Camera operator services

• Gear rentals

• Live-stream productions

• Virtual tours and multimedia services

5. Rescheduling

We understand that changes happen. We’ll do our best to accommodate reschedule requests, depending on availability. If a mutually acceptable date can’t be agreed on, cancellation fees may still apply based on the original booking.

6. Force Majeure

In the case of unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances (e.g. illness, severe weather, government restrictions), duPlooyMedia may waive cancellation fees or apply payments as credit toward future services, at our discretion.
